اللعب هو واحد من أهم جوانب حياة الطفل. وهو أمر محوري لتنمية الطفل. من خلال اللعب ، يتطور الطفل جسديا واجتماعيا وعاطفيا. إننا في المدرسة العربية داربي نهدف إلى خلق بيئة صحية وآمنة وتمكينية ومحفزة؛ بحيث يتمكن كل طالب بجانب تعلمه اللغة العربية أن يحصل على ما يستحقه من لعب ومرح في الوقت الذي يعيش قيمنا الإسلامية، ويندمج مع غيره من المسلمين. إننا نهدف إلى جعل طلابنا يشعرون بالفخر بهويتهم، و أن يكونوا مجهزين بمهارات قيادية وقادرين على التفاعل والتأثير داخل مجتمعهم الاسلامي في داربي وفي محيطهم الأوسع. و سعيًا منا لتحقيق رؤية المدرسة، فإننا نسعى لإنشاء بعض الأندية ما بعد المدرسية وذلك بالتعاون والشراكة مع أولياء الأمور. وعليه فإننا نقترح هنا بعض الأنشطة راجين منكم تسجيل أبنائكم في أي من تلك الأنشطة، وفقُا لمجالات اهتماماتهم. كما و يُرجى ملاحظة أن التسجيل لا يعني تلقائيا، قبول الطالب أو اقامة النشاط ، إذ سيتوقف ذلك على عدد الطلاب والمشرفين على هذه الأنشطة، وهو ما سيتاح لنا معرفته من خلال هذا التسجيل بالإضافة الى اعطاء الأولوية للأطفال المسجلين فور بدء النشاط. كما وبإمكانكم التسجيل في أكثر من نشاط في نفس الوقت.

Play is one of the most important aspects of a child’s life. It is pivotal to a child’s development. Through play they develop physically, socially and emotionally. In Arabiya School Derby we aim to create a healthy, safe, enabling and stimulative environment, where every student besides knowing Arabic language can have fun whilst living our Islamic values and integrating with other Muslims. We aim to make our students feel proud of their identity, to be equipped with leadership skills, and be capable to interact and have influence within their community and the wider community. To achieve our vision, we plan to organise some after school clubs in collaboration and partnership with parents. In this form we are suggesting some activities and we would like to kindly ask you to register your dependents in any of those activities they may be interested in. Please note that registering your dependents doesn’t guarantee acceptance nor that the activity will be held. The numbers of registered applicants will give us an indications on which club to roll out now or later, and also to decide on whom to invite first once commenced. Please feel free to register in more than one activity.
