جائزة المدرسة العربية للقرآن الكريم تهدف إلى إشراك الأطفال والناشئة في مدينة داربي في تجربة تعليمية وتنافسية تُبرز انجازاتهم في حفظ القرآن، و تجويده، و فهم معانيه، وتطبيق تعاليمه في حياتهم. كما أنها تهدف إلى خلق أجواء رمضانية جامعة لأبنائنا بغض النظر عن أصولهم وأعراقهم، وهي تشمل جميع المساجد في المدينة وما حولها. وهي بذلك المسابقة الجامعة الأولى من نوعها على مستوى مدينة داربي.

The Derby Quran Competition aims to engage children and young people, in a competitive experience that celebrates their achievements in memorising the Quran, enhancing its recitation, understanding its meanings, and applying its teachings in their lives. It also seeks to foster a unifying Ramadan atmosphere for our children, irrespective of their origins, ethnic backgrounds, and the mosques they attend, focusing on what unites us as Muslims. Thus, it represents the first competition of its kind in Derby on such a wide scal

معايير التقييم بالنسبة للناطقين بالعربية: 1. الحفظ (50%): دقة الحفظ والسلاسة في التلاوة دون تردد. 2. أحكام التجويد (20%): تقييم دقة تطبيق أحكام التجويد مثل أحكان النون الساكنة، الإخفاء، الإدغام، أحكام الوقف، أحكام المد، مخارج الحروف، التفخيم والترقيق وغيرعا من الأحكام. 3. الفهم والتطبيق (20%): فهم معاني الآيات والقدرة على ربطها بالحياة العملية (وهي تتفاوت تبعًأ للفئة العمرية) 4. جمال الصوت والأداء (10%): القدرة على استخدام الصوت لإضافة جمالية على التلاوة.

1. Memorisation (50%): Accuracy of memorisation and smoothness in recitation without hesitation. 2. Tajweed Rules (20%): Evaluating the accuracy of applying Tajweed rules, such as the rules of noon sakinah, concealment (al-Ikhfa), merging (al-Idgham), points of articulation, prolongations (al-Madd), emphasis (Tafkhim), and thinness (Tarqiq), among others. 3. Understanding and Application (20%): Comprehension of the verses' meanings and the ability to connect them to practical life (varies according to age group). 4. Beauty of Voice and Performance (10%): The ability to use the voice to add aesthetic value to the recitation.

1. النطق والتجويد (40%): القدرة على نطق الأحرف العربية بشكل صحيح وتطبيق أساسيات التجويد. 2. الحفظ (30%): القدرة على حفظ الآيات بدقة، مع مراعاة التحديات اللغوية. 3. جمال الصوت والأداء (20%): تقييم مدى تأثير استخدام الصوت في تقديم تلاوة جذابة. 4. الفهم العام (10%): إظهار فهم أساسي لمعاني الآيات وإمكانية التعبير عن هذا الفهم تبعًا للمستوى والفئة العمرية.

1. Pronunciation and Tajweed (40%): The ability to pronounce Arabic letters accurately and apply the basics of Tajweed. 2. Memorisation (30%): The ability to memorise verses accurately, taking into account language challenges. 3. Beauty of Voice and Performance (20%): Evaluating the impact of voice use in presenting an attractive recitation. 4. General Understanding (10%): Demonstrating a basic comprehension of the verses' meanings and the capability to articulate this understanding according to level and age group.
